"Glad I didn’t miss the deal"
I found a discount on the item I needed, and checkout was straightforward. The promo code worked without any fuss too, which was a nice bonus. I had checked a few other shops and the prices here were better, so I’m glad I didn’t end up paying more somewhere else. Happy with the purchase and I’d definitely check Teknikmagasinet again next time.

"Reliable shipping"
Ordered a phone charger and a couple of small things from teknikmagasinet.no. Tracking showed up quickly, and the package arrived when they said it would.

Wasn’t super fast, but it was smooth. Box looked fine, no issues. I’d order again.

"Pretty happy, just wish the case arrived perfect"
I bought a pair of earbuds from Teknikmagasinet, they turned out better than I expected for the price. The sound is clear, they feel sturdy, and thankfully they don’t have that cheap plastic feel I’ve had with some other earbuds before.

The only thing I regret a bit is not checking the package right away, because I noticed the case had a tiny scratch on it when it arrived. It still works perfectly, so it’s not a huge issue, but it was a little disappointing. Overall though, I’m happy and would probably buy from them again

"Return was easy, but the refund took a while"
The return itself was easy, so that was nice. But the refund took a few days, and I kept checking because it felt like it was taking too long. It did go through eventually, but the waiting was a bit annoying, especially since I kept expecting it to show up sooner.

I had to return one item and request a refund. I wasn’t totally sure if I’d done everything correctly because it took a few days before I heard anything back, which made me wonder a bit. But once they responded, the refund went through without any issues and the money came back. Support wasn’t super quick, but they were friendly enough. Overall it was a good experience, I just would’ve liked a faster update on the refund.

I had a warranty issue and expected it to be a whole thing, but they took care of it without any hassle. Super straightforward and no stress. Weirdly, I remember there was a bright orange stapler on the counter the whole time, but the actual service was smooth

The communication was clear and I did get the info I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took a little while to get replies, and of course I was sitting there wondering if I’d been forgotten like usual. Overall though, it was still a good experience

I found what I needed in stock, which was nice, and even though one item was sold out at my local store, it was available online, so it wasn’t really a big deal. I know people can get picky about stuff like that, but stores can’t have everything all the time. Overall, it was okay and I’d give it 4 stars.

"Quick help when I was already drained"
I had a question about my order and sent them a message, not expecting much. I was already feeling mentally drained that day, so I really didn’t have the energy to go back and forth forever.
Their customer service got back to me the same day, and it actually felt like someone read my message instead of sending a generic copy-paste response. They helped sort out the small issue with my delivery info without making it complicated.

Overall, I was really happy with how easy it was. When you're tired and just need something handled, it makes a big difference when a shop replies quickly and keeps things simple.

I liked that there were a few different payment options to choose from. I used Klarna and everything went through smoothly without any weird extra steps. My order was finished quickly. I do think the instructions could be a little clearer during checkout, but overall it was an easy experience.

Every time I need a spare part, it’s either out of stock or just not available. It’s really frustrating because I end up wasting time and still don’t get what I came for. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start going somewhere else.
